You could over work your kidneys and they would eventually fail!
So it is not healthy...

There's such a thing as water intoxication - drinking too much at one time. The healthful amount is about 6 8 oz. glasses a day, spread out from the time you get up until you go to bed.

There is a such thing as water poisoning. You should have about 8 8oz glasses per day for an average adult. DO NOT drink it all at once and remember that every thing you dring has water in it.

That actually sounds dangerous to me. Drinking water and exercise, I believe, is the "fountain of youth". But drinking that amount? The most I've ever drank was a gallon of water in one day.

i can't honestly think of one. but you should consume at least that much throughout the day!
you simply canot take in all the water you need in the morning ony. the body needs to stay hydrated through out the day!
