Frank...
There is no easy way to tell you this, buy I think i found your Otis Weed and he is deceased. Here is his entry in the Social Security Death Index
Social Security Death Index
about Otis J. Weed
Name: Otis J. Weed
SSN: 249-22-1960
Last Residence: 29016 Blythewood, Richland, South Carolina, United States of America
Born: 14 Sep 1924
Died: 5 Feb 1993
State (Year) SSN issued: South Carolina (Before 1951 )
You might want to contact the local library in that locality and try to order the obituary or order his death certificate from the county Clerk. It should list his cause of death, his parents, and where he is interred. I am so sorry i don't have better news. I hope this helps. Blessings
EDIT: I found a marriage record in Broward County, Florida from January 1956 between Georgianna Elwanda Ramsey and Otis Jimmie Weed.
Marriage Date: Jan 1956
County of Marriage: Broward
Volume: 1582
Certificate: 236
Source: Florida Department of Health
I noticed in the social security death index that his middle initial may have been J. With south Carolina being in close proximity to Florida, I wonder if this marriage may have been one of his.

1. Check white pages in Savannah.
2. Check "geneology.com
3. Check geneaology web sites and some lead you into specific states or counties. They also offer military records.
4. Check Social Security Administration website's Social Security Death Index.
5. Put ad in Savannah paper that you're looking for them.
6. Hire private investigator.
7. Google them.
8. If you know what kind of work they do or did, check related records, like union memberships.
9. Check county land records - they are public.

He should be an child on the 1930 Census.
Try your local Library, see if they have a genealogy branch or check with the local morman church (you don't have to be morman) and see if you have a local family history center.
Go to rootsweb.com / type in SSDI also in your search engine
This will help you see if he is dead already, these are updated all the time.

to work out and talk consisting of your useless mothers and fathers on your desires, represents your fears of dropping them or your way of coping with the loss. you may opt for that very last chance to assert your very last solid-byes to them.
