Lately, I feel like i have no energy. I'm drinking water thoughout the day. Eating the regular foods i used to. I've gained about 10 pounds in the past 2 years, which is not that much i think for two year span. I get on average 7-8 hours of sleep per day. I've tried Red Bull, and other evergy drinks but they are no good, and taste like they are loaded with sugar. Is there some other kind of drink that will wake me up, give me more energy, but not add anymore pounds. Or is there a fruit that gives a boost of energy? Thanks in advanced.
