Based on your routine, I suggest incorporating it into your legs/shoulders day. Deadlifts are a great total body exercise, but the primary muscles involved in the lift are the legs. The move will also hit your lower back, but many back exercises are designed for the upper back anyhow, so there shouldn't be much worry there. Your shoulders help lift the weight as well, so overall you're covered if you perform the lift on leg/shoulder day.

Make sure to watch out for your form on deadlifts. I see way too many people do this lift incorrectly. Rather than describe the perfect form I will refer to you a link which has a video demonstration of the lift. The deadlift more so than almost any other lift requires good form, because it carries a pretty high degree of difficulty and risk of injury. But it is a great mass building exercise and one I think anyone trying to build mass should have in their repertoire. Good luck!

First off it all depends if your doing Straight Leg Deadlifts or Romanian Deadlifts. Straight legs are gonna work your Hamstrings (leg day) whereas Romanian Deadlifts will work your lower back (back day). Romainin Deadlifts are a complex exercise so you need to in my opinion start with this exercise when you do it on a back day as it's going to primarily your lower back and your legs and upper body secondary.
