Find a quiet place, pray and meditate. Shut off your phones and cut the TV off. Allow your self to be still.

I do not have the scripture but it is in Is 40. It says and they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up as with eagles wings. When you are worn out and tired. You have to meditatie on scripture which talk about being renewed. As you meditate on those scriptures, it is feeding your spirit and feeding your faith to get that renewal from God. Recently, I felt tired and worn out also. I kept meditating of Is. 26 about seeking the Lord earlier. About the third day I felt the Holy Spirit quicken me and I was refreshed and alert. The Word of God is the key.

Depending on what your particular definition of worn out would be, your renewal can be varied. Spiritual renewal can come through basking your mind in the word of God. This never ceases to encourage the soul in times of deep weariness. Prayer and confession of sins to our forgiving God can release the weary burden of the mind. Talking to someone that you have something against or someone that has something against you. Or just meditation on what is wearing you out. Focus on the cause of your weariness. Focus on the strength that God gives you and know that God will renew your mind in time.

When Elijah was tired and in the pit of depression, God took him away to a brook and made him sleep a very long time. When he woke, God sent the birds to bring him food (whether to eat the birds as meat or they brought him berries, don' know). After his meal, he went back to sleep again. Sometimes when we are tired of life ... you just need to sleep.
Of course, you still need to deal with why you are worn out. Talk to your pastor and ask him to help.

you pray, and hold on to your faith and your God. Tell Him to create in you a clean heart and renew the right spirit within. This is hard to do, but it can be done.

Meditation, hot baths, peanut butter cups, a nice long walk (preferably in the woods or a nice quiet beach), watching a completely stupid movie, daydreaming, I could go on and on...

Read or watch something that is highly emotional...either very funny or very sad. That and a good night's sleep.
