3 meals, 2 snacks and dessert but only eat this way if ur active. If not u can eat six times a day but they have to be smaller portions.

They say 3 times a day, some times 4 smaller meals. Personally, I eat one meal a day.

I think that depends on the person I eat 2 breakfast and dinner and at lunch I have a small container of yogurt and that keeps me full.

3 fits with most people scheldules..(lunch breaks, etc etc) .we have been lead to lead a lifestyle consuming 3 meals a day, but it can be more as long as they are smaller portions, or vice versa.
However it is important to have brekky.

3 i think. depends each individual. some eat lots and little, but the amount i eat, i should stick to one. i love my food!
