tickles you a lot,
plays with your nose and hair,
puts his head on your shoulder so your faces are close and you look into each others eyes,
stands really close,
puts his face really close to you,
blows on you,

but....told you the month before that he didnt know how he felt about you, when you told him you liked him,

would you say he's decided he likes me now?

in my opinion the guy feels at ease around you alot and loves to have that comfortable feeling around you, he's scarred that if he makes a move on you and you reject him he's gonna feel that awkward and not gonna be able to do all that comfortable stuff he does now, he feels like your a bestfriend to him, the guy does fancy you, that is very true, if you feel the sameway, i want you to do something for me, the next time your having a laugh (alone) with him, when it gets silent look into his eyes as he looks back, get close to him put your hands around him and kiss him, thats one way

or

tell him does he like you, dont be embarrist because say you like him and you think you two will be great together as you have a great laugh together and you feel s ease and comfortable together

I would say that if he told me that I was not his cup of tea a month ago. He would have found it damn hard to take the liberties you mentioned in the meantime. Please have some self esteem and don't allow yourself to become a play thing for guys that are practicing their power over the opposite sex.

The question is not if he has decided to like you but have you decided that your standards are so low you will accept someone who has slammed you in the past.

Personally, I think you're worth better... I can only hope you think better of yourself and are willing to make some changes that will attract nicer people to you.

If I did those things to you, I think my intentions would be to send signals, yes. On the other hand, did he do those things before he told you he wasn't interested? If he did, then there's no question to be answered, there's been no change and he's just keeping you roped in. There's only one way to be sure and that's by asking again.
Now, if he's playing with the hair in your nose, stay away from him.

why dont you ask him hes not going to laugh at you for asking if he loves you. i would think so because hes really teasing you and making you want him. ask yourself is he the type of guy who teases and breakes hearts? its best to ask him if hes serious about a constant stabel relationship.
