WHY does he keep on calling me when I told him to buzz off?

there's this guy that was using me for sex. I got sick of it and told him to quit calling me or else I would call the police on him. I don't know if he's retarded or what, but he continues to call me as if I never told him to stop! He acts like nothing has happened! Should I read something into this? I mean, if he REALLY didn't care for me, wouldn't it be a piece of cake for him to stop calling me? Or is forbidded fruit really tempting? What should I tell him? I've tried hanging up on him, blocking his number (he just calls from a different one), and I've tried telling him to piss off. Why won't he leave me alone if all he wants is sex? i even told him that I had herpes! (I really don't) and he STILL keeps calling for sex! Why does he keep calling and How do I get rid of this ******??!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

call the police and get a restraining order, then when he calls you again, have him arrested
