Well, there are many possibilities: depression, anemia, poor sleep, hypothyroidism, etc. The right diagnosis depends on what other symptoms you might have and some blood tests. I would definitely see a doctor if I were in your place, especially if this is preventing you from doing all the things that you need/like to do.

Good Luck!

Are you sleeping okay at night? You should look into sleep disorders. You might have one and not know. You could also have a low thyroid production. If it doesn't get better you might want to go to the doctor.
