Well, there are many possibilities: depression, anemia, poor sleep, hypothyroidism, etc. The right diagnosis depends on what other symptoms you might have and some blood tests. I would definitely see a doctor if I were in your place, especially if this is preventing you from doing all the things that you need/like to do.
Good Luck!

Are you sleeping okay at night? You should look into sleep disorders. You might have one and not know. You could also have a low thyroid production. If it doesn't get better you might want to go to the doctor.

you are probably getting not enough sleep, you might have to get more sleep than you get now your supossed to get 8-10 hours of sleep if you get less than that you will be very tired.
and if that doesn't work see a doctor they might help you.

Could be your thyroid. Have it checked. Also, try taking a multi-vitamin.
