Depending upon the medicine and it's affects it may leave your system in just a few days.
It will depend upon the "medicine" and how much you have taken.
It will also depend on your bodies metabalism and natural abitlity to remove toxins from your body.
Depending on all the above information and the actual "medicine" it may take up to 30 days or longer for the toxins to leave your system.
Plenty of green tea, make it yourself at home, not the bottled crap you buy in the store, buy green tea bags and make the tea. Drink plently of water, at least 6 12 ounce glasses per day.

Yes It really depends on what kind of medicine,If this is for a urinary test many health food stores sell products you can take that will flush your system long enough to pass a test. There is a herb called milk thistle wich helps protect your liver from the toxic effects of medicines and other drugs,it also helps clean them out of the liver. There are plenty of good detox teas at heathfood stores that contain herbs like yellow dock and burdock (blood cleansers) milk thistle and dandelion(liver cleansers) and others.Something like that would probibally be your best bet if its not for a quick test but you really are trying to clean your body of a toxin.
