If you have had the perm put in within the last 24 hours you can shampoo it and the perm will not take. I would call the hair dresser that put it in and ask them for an idea.

If you've gotten the perm in the last day or so you can wash it out. If its been longer than that my suggestion would be to A) go back to salon and complain and make them either refund you or give you a good cut to remove some of the damage B) invest in some good smoothing products and a good flat iron until the perm grows out.

Just wash it! Since you say your hair is dry and frizzy use a shampoo for dry and damage hair and a deep conditioner. Shampoo your hair once then apply the conditioner comb thru and leave it fot about 5 minutes. Wash out with warm water not to hot and to cold. BUT DON'T wash conditioner out completely by doing this your hair want be so dry. Towel dry . Then blow dry straight and if it's not as straight as you want use a ceramic flat iron and flat iron straight. That should do the job. Good Luck!

go to wal-mart, buy a cheap perm kit, and follow the directions except when it gets to the part about the rollers. instead of putting curlers in it, get a brush and brush through the hair the length of time that the curlers were supposed to be in there. and then put in the setting lotion like it says to do after the curling. i would not wash it for 2 days and then deep condition it the next 2 washings. good luck

whatever you do, do not reprocess your hair. the perm actually weakens you hair to get it to curl. to reprocess will weaken it again. i would call the hairdresser, see if they will give you a good conditioner. you can use olive oil, heated, leave in, wrapped with a towel for 20 minutes, then shampoo. even mayonnaise will work for this.
then
go to the health food store, get a bottle of aloe vera gel, not juice. it will be thick, clearish and a little bumpy. wash and condition your hair as usual, towel dry. pour some aloe vera gel into the hand, and squish out the lumps, distribute it through your hair. comb in through well, style as you would like, you can let it air dry then comb thru with your fingers or a wide tooth comb. this will calm the hair, make it very shiny and healthy looking without stickiness or odor. never brush hair while wet. this can be applied to dry hair as well, to tame it..

the only way to remove it is to cut it out (the perm that is) therefore if u jus got it done ul b bald so i suggest deep conditioning with avocado banana and honey this really helps hair....leave it on for about and hour if u have the time and then rinse make sure u add some oil or serum after and ur good to go.

Add a hair oil to your hair to bring the moisture back. You can not reverse a perm. It will have to grow out.

well first try perm remover, sometime nail polish works. Most likely you will simply have to wait for it to grow out. in the mean time use anti-frizz condishoner
