To mine understanding no. These passages both refer to the law containing "ordinances," or Moses' law, which was a ceremonial law governing the sacrificial system and the priesthood.

What do u think?

Yes, Christ served as a "tutor to the Law" in the sense that his ransom was the ultimate sacrifice and atonement for sin.

When he was impaled, the need for the animal sacrifices in the Mosaic Law went out the window, since he is a prepitatory sacrifice for all who choose to follow him.

Jesus himself introduced a new law when he was on Earth: To love God with your whole heart, soul, mind and strength; and To love your neighbor as yourself.

So although the first century Christians were no longer obligated to follow the Mosaic Law, just as we are not today, they still used it as moral guidelines, just as we do today. We do not need to follow the dietary and sacrificial guidelines, but God's standards on behavior and sin have not changed, just as He has not changed.

Col 2v14Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Eph 2v
15Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

The above teaches that Moses law contained in ordinances ended at the cross while God's law in the Ten commandments as separate from Moses law was everlasting.

So your understanding is correct but the teaching is of Moses law.

Jesus reveals that the ark of his testament God's law of TEN COMAMNDMENTS conatined in the ark is everlasting in the heavenly sanctuary.
REV 11V
19And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

You are right on track. When Jesus died on the Cross the bible reads that the veal of the Temple of rent our riped meaning that the old law was no longer at that because of that you could have direct access to God through Jesus Christ.

Right.
The same basic principles and laws underlined in the Bible still apply. (2 Timothy 3:16)
But the Mosaic Law was done away with. We are now under a new law covenant, under Jesus' rule.
