If you can get to the gym - the leg press works all the major muscles in the leg. I love this machine, certainly a favorite for the legs.

Nothing really really work on all of them, because each movement works specifics. If you want a cardio program to cover all the leg muscles, try yoga or pilates or you can do a walking/running combo

there are several kinds, i use to weigh 235 then i lost 120 pounds, my legs were firm and had muscle tone to them nothing saged, i did a lot of walking like 5 or 6 miles a day and also a lot of swimming too. talk to your doctor to see what he suggest before starting any excersise program, good luck.

BIKE RIDING INTHE PARK OR THE BEACH AND DOING 50 SQUATS AND TO BENEFIT DO THEM EVERY 48 HOURS YOU WILL SEE MUCH BETTER RESULTS ,I WAS DOING THEM FOR 2 WEEKS AND THE OTHER DAY MY MOM SAW ME WITH A SKIRT AND ASKED ME HOW DID I GET SOME MUSCULAR LEGS.WHEN I DO SQUATS I GO VERY SLOW WHEN RAISING UP,IT BURNS BUT ITS PAYING OFF

Elliptical machine is excellent - and do some squats with weights, too.
Ya gots to do cardio to burn fat and then weights to tone, shape and strengthen.

ummm will u could do push up or sit up or just go joggin or something u knoe it really culd help or if not go to the gym do taebo

bicycle
running!!!(walking, too)
just keep jumping as high as you can over and over
squats
use a stability ball---squeeze the ball as hard as you can between your thighs, sitting down.
