I think they will need to have the UFC rules if you can remember during the early days of the UFC there were no rules. That's why they were only at small casinos and and no major venues they could not get athletic commission to sign off on it. So the current UFC rules will stay in effect so that they will be able to continue here in the usa

It depends on where they fight. The UFC rules are so because they can get fights sanctioned in the US under those rules. Right now, the UFC is making a concerted effort to be sanctioned in every state in America, so the UFC rules won't change until that happens (if ever).
Pride rules are different because the fights are held in Japan. When Pride has had events in the US, the ruled change to mirror those of the UFC. I imagine that the rules won't change at all between leagues. With the acquisition of Pride by Zuffa, there will be more fights in the US, which means Pride fighters will be used to UFC rules (not the cage) by the time the two organizations become fully integrated.

satisfaction surely. they have lots greater effective combatants specifically in heavyweight branch and in my view satisfaction fits are lots greater effective and greater thrilling. To be uncomplicated i think that there are merely 2 or consistent with possibility 3 combatants in UFC that would desire to be solid adequate to even stand of venture in satisfaction. UFC poster boy Chuck Liddell competed in satisfaction on 3 events. He did have the potential to get 2 wins yet then he have been given obliterated via Quinton RAMPAGE Jackson and by no potential confirmed up there returned. so some distance as rules are worried there are few adjustments maximum severe of that are: around time (UFC 3R x 5min, championship fights 5 x 5; satisfaction 3R, 1R 10min 2R 5min 3R 5min) elbow mind-blowing to the top isn't allowed in satisfaction stomping, kneeing and kicking a grounded opponent to the top isn't allowed in UFC

Dana White already said on Sherdog that PRIDE will now fight under the Unified Rules of MMA according to the NJ State Atheltic Commision & the Nevada SAC. That right there makes me not wanna watch PRIDE anymore!! I like the kneeing on the ground & the soccer kicks to the head.

"White previously said in an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal that Pride will be adopting the UFC's rules and weight classes. "As far as I'm concerned, if an organization doesn't follow these rules, it's not MMA," White said. White also said that he would have "the option to use Pride fighters in UFC shows" if he chooses."

Pride in Japan will continue as it is. Pride in America will adopt the rules set forth by the nevada state commission. Example..no kneeing a downed opponent in the head.

The knees to the head while down should be banned from Pride other than that allow everything else.

they should only keep no headbutting, no knees on downed unless they are on a knee, and no piledrivers (which can paralyze easily) but they should bring back the Gi. Some dudes there look just silly wearing no shirts plus less slipping out of certain moves.
