got it, it wasn't a real credit card. It is like a
buying club; will they refund the $79 fee for it?

You can try filing a dispute with your bank.
Their card can be used only at their site.

You probably will lose the $79. Always avoid catalog and prepaid credit cards, they do nothing to help your credit score and are scams.

If you have bad credit and need a credit card, check out the sites below for some good info on what cards to avoid and what cards are okay.

I doubt they will ever refund your money. If your looking for legitimate credit cards to help restore your credit, go to a free consumer site at http://www.bad-credit-credit-card-for-people-with-bad-credit.info/ where they have a list of credit card companies that issue secured and unsecured credit cards to people with bad credit.

I've heard a lot of bad stories about Horizon... I doubt that they'd refund it, but you can call and ask.
