The "turn on" phase starts a long time before you ever get to the bed. Most women want to be seduced. Women are turned on by the act of seduction. We want to be wanted, we want to be seduced before we get anywhere near the bedroom. Men would do so much better if they figure that out. Try seducing and wooing the woman before you get to the bedroom. Romance her , make her feel like there is more that just the physical act going on for you. I garantee if you connect with your heart you will have an encounter to remember once it is in the bedroom. Stop thinking that the act of intercourse is the only turn on for a woman. Try NOT having intercourse!!!! That is the true turn on!!

This I feel varies person to person. I think Men are visual(sexually) and women are more factual. Ask for what the person wants or needs in bed. A narrative will suck but he/she will possibly tell you. It's worth listening to if your into that person....That's a generic answer..do you really want to know what turns ME on?
