I have been going to the gym for 2 months and i am not going down in size like I want. I am staying in the same weight range. like I can't get out of the 190's. I am getting discouraged. I want to lose this weight by May 13th.
If I can lose a great amount of weight in like 2 weeks to a month, that will be a jumpstart for me. Then I will just continue to go to the gym as I have been doing.

I tried that hoodia stuff and it didn't work for me. The only thing that I have lost weight and keeped it off was the Isagenix fat and burn cleanse system. Its all natural and safe and ephedra free to. For more in-depth information on Isagenix go to http://www.louisquezada.isagenix.com/

Hi,

Have you thought about doing a detox/cleanse? It can be a great jumpstart and a way to loose a lot of pounds. I have a friend(male) who lost 50 lbs in about that time for a movie role.

I have been using Isagenix for about a year. I started with a 9 day program. But, depending on your health a 30 day may be better.
The 30 is a "gentler" cleanse with all the same products as the 9 day. I recommend the 30 day because it easier to change your habits over 30 days than 9 or 10.
As for other benefits,
I sleep like a baby...no lie. I had a hard time sleeping b4.
I have more energy, mental clarity and no more aches and pains in my knees. I actually started to exercise again! I have a 4 year old boy so the energy comes in handy. Really the weight loss is a side benefit to cleansing the toxins.
The list goes on...

just like gozaine said, watch what you're eating. i know with me, when i work out i get VERY hungry. if you're stuffing your face with fatty food/junk food and empty calories like juice and soda, you're not going to lose anything. try this:
1)no soda, juice, starbucks... the only liquid you put in your body should be water... and a lot of it.
2) lean meats grilled. its nice weather now so its do-able
3)healthy snacking. if you're hungry, chew something high in fiber (ie celery stalks) because it will fill you up, but go right through you.

try this for 2 weeks with excessing. not only will you see a notacable diffrence, but it will motivate you to keep on going. its all will power and how bad you want to loose that weight. good luck!

I lost alot of weight with hydroxycut. You have to make sure that you will be exercising and sweating alot for it to work, because its not a magical weight loss pill, but if you do, you will definitely see a difference in 2 weeks. make sure you drink ONLY water and exercise/sweat. Also make sure you take vitamins to replanish any nutrients that you are losing when you sweat/pee.

good luck!

Learn to control your eating. Going to the gym is all very well but if you don't get your eating habits under control you will struggle with your weight forever. It's not as hard as you might imagine and once you've mastered it, you will never need to worry about your weight again.
