everyone says im already skinny enough
but summer is coming up...
bathing suit season ya know
and i want to get more toned so any tips?
im almost 16 if it helps at all

eat a well balanced diet. drink lots of water. exercise at least 30 minutes a day. use these sites for tips and help.

Fellow Taurus. May birthdays kick a$$. If you want to tone up do it with weights. That is the quickest way. If you are already thin like you say then lift weights like;

Benchpress
Squats
leg curls
arm curls
dips

As far as the weight goes do about 4 sets of 8 repetitions each. Make the weight be so that on your 8th rep it is kind of hard to do. You don't want to go to light or it will defeat the purpose and do nothing but give you a good cardio workout.

Cardio is great for not only losing weight but also toning. 30 minutes of cardio a day is enough to see results in a few weeks.

To tone your muscles more than cardio can do, try some strength training (weights). A good exercise program uses both cardio and weights.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Well what works for me is walking a mile a day! It tones legs, arms, waist and the booty! Eating right is a plus and getting lots of rest will give you the energy to exercise. Ask a friend to do it with you, support always helps you stay motivated.

omg i have the same question. lol well for starters u should get a friend to do it with u cause it will make it a lot easier and more fun too. and well quit smokin weed or cigs or drinkin if u do any. lol and dont forget the key to living is everything in moderation.

run...running will lose all your carbs and calories and will keep you toned, also make sure you eat the right amount of food and not over a reg. meal
