You are going to have some bleeding and pain. However, if you have any other medical problems with your heart or any other organs; I would say it is not normal. When you pull that many teeth a once your only opening a river of bacteria into your blood system. Also, make sure that you tell your dentist of any medications your taking even if they are OCT medications.

I had all of my teeth pulled out soon as I got out of high school but i only had 15 left. some were just little nubs cuz they brke off and were rotten. I got thru it ok tho. The first week or so after it kinda sucks, but after about 10 days or so it isn't so bad. You'll probly have pain medicine and antibiotics after too. I only needed the pain medicine for like 3 days, then I just took Aleve or Advil or something like that. I still don't have any teeth(3 years later) but my gums are tuff now and I can eat just about anything I want to.

It isn't normal to have 20 broken and impacted teeth. But if you have them, it's normal to have them removed. How much you bleed is an individual thing--no one can predict that for you. I don't know what the rest of your question means---if you are referring to antibiotics, yes, you probably will have to take them before the procedure, and possibly afterwards for a while as well.

Is this over a period of time? Bleeding shouldn't be a problem, but don't take any aspirin based pain killer for a couple of weeks before the extractions. Have you talked to your dentist about pain control options during the removal?

Wow! Doubt that it is normal. I would imagine
you will bleed a good deal if they have to take
them out. And more then likely you will get
antibiotics and instructions on what to do to
help it heal.

you will be asleep through the whole thing
as im assuming it will be done at the hospital

days and you will get pain killers to help you
through the first 48 hours=good luck
