George Foreman grills make meals pretty simple. There are many options.
Clean veggies like asparagus or peppers and lightly grill them. Then dress with light salad dressing (my fav is balsamic vinegar).
Marinate some boneless skinless chicken breasts and then put them on the grill. (easy marination, throw them in a plastic bag with some 1) soy sauce and pepper or 2) light italien dressing or 3) tabasco sauce, garlic powder, and dash of salt )
Same can be done with pork chops - marinated or not is fine.
I've tried burgers as well which work pretty good.
Thin steaks also come out yummy.
Stay away from food that has big bones, the meat won't cook thoroughly. Usually boneless is best for an even grill and use thinner pieces of meat.
There are other more complicated ones, but for simple, this should be enough to get you started.

ANYTHING. You can cook a steak in minutes. Bacon. Hamburgers. Veggies. Fish. I like to get these boneless chicken breasts they're in the frozen section and already seasoned with this italian garlic seasoning. Just throw them on the grill and PRESTO.

Marinate a chicken breast for about half and hour (an hour is better), and put it on the grill, you can do fish the same way.I love my Foreman grill! You can also do fruit and veggies on the grill.

It is great for grilled fish, chicken, hamburgers, grilled veggies, sandwhichs. Healthy way to prepare almost any protein instead of in oil.

Chicken, sandwiches, meats, small shellfish (scallops and shrimp), vegetables...you name it!
If the cut of meat is super thick, like a 1.5 inch pork chop, just leave the lid open and turn it.
For fish, wrap it in foil. I didn't and most of the fish came apart on the grilling plates.

Grilled chicken, of course.
But you can also make paninis (grilled cheese, tuna melt sandwiches).
You can grill veggies of it (just spray on cooking spray).
You can season lamb chops with salt, pepper and some rosemary and grill it.
