I'm 17 years old. My height is 5feet 3inches. Will I grow further?
I wish to be a little taller than now. Until what age shall my height increase? I'm sometimes jealous at people who are taller than me. Am I short for my age. Will any specific diet help to increase my height. Please help me!

You could grow until 21. Eat balanced and nutritious food. Cut down on fatty and sugary food. Exercise for about an hour, at least 3 days a week. Never skip a meal. Eat good breakfast. You will be OK.

I have heard from a few Doctors that girls tend to reach their optimal height a year after they start their menstrual cycle. I can tell you that making sure that you have a diet rich in calcium will help prevent you from loosing height when you get older due to Osteoprosis.

humans grow in height upto the age of 16 years, then they are still from thereon.

It depends. You may continue to grow for a few more years, or you may be done. Either way, eat right and exercise.
