It depends on what is considered short. If it's cut like a guys haircut then NO it would make me feel more like a boy. But if it's choppy looking and fits a personality and face structure then it shows confidence. Long hair is beautiful, I've had long hair before, but it's also a way of hiding your true beauty.

Shorter hair makes me feel older, actually. I liked having longer hair because it was easier to take care of; I could at least put it in a ponytail or a braid if I wanted to get my hair off my face. It's shoulder-length now and layered so it won't stay in a ponytail, but I'm growing it out. Or trying, at least.

It makes me feel less girley so that is why I wear it long. Short hair seems to be the lazy way out.

When i had short hair, I felt naked sort of.
