Obviously God was wrong when he let Moses convince him not to smite the Israelites, right?

Perhaps God backed the wrong team...

If reality and god differ, it's reality that's got it wrong. Obviously. The Bible says so.

No, God can never be wrong. He allowed Moses to intercede for them which was a part of his responsibility. He was, after all, the mediator of the law covenant between God and Israel. But that the Israelites deserved to die for what they had just done, there is no doubt. And many in fact did. Gross idolatry. And think, they had just promised that they would not do that.

No...God did no longer create the devil. I relatively have spoke back this same question interior the previous 7 years in all probability 500 circumstances. human beings ought to do some learn of their very own in the previous they act thoroughly ungrateful and say insulting issues some loving God who gave each and everything to them at great cost. The devil grow to be created suitable. the main ideal of each and every of the angels. His physique and spirit grow to be designed in this style of way because it grow to be created from jewels and had pipes which could make ideal music. He grow to be suitable. Made suitable, yet he corrupted HIMSELF. If I make a portray and somebody else comes around and musses it up...is it my fault for giving the "musser" the unfastened will to deprave my portray? If I withhold judgement of the musser...does that advise i'm no longer purely? Am I the painter? i will do what i want so a techniques as judgement is in touch if I an the INVENTOR of justice. Human's pathetic information of tangible justice can not be while in comparison with God's until you elect to tug God out of heaven, if it have been feasible...and word fallible human information to a suitable God. God created Lucifer...Lucifer corrupted HIMSELF and is now devil or the devil.

God has the power to do anything, hence he can see all possibilities and simply pick the one he wants. He can make anything happen at any time so for a human being to judge God in any way is just an attempt for a ant to understand us. All you can do is trust God and be thankful we have an omnipotent being on our side.

If God told the Jews to cannibalize and stone their kids than, God can be evil Personally I don't think God actually said these things But then I am not a Christian so I can think as I please, not as some preacher tells me I must.

God is NEVER wrong. He IS One who is willing to change His mind about something if the person asking for this favor has earned favor in God's eyes. Big difference between that, and what you just said.

A god that is created by people can sure be wrong because the messages were written by people.

Religions and god are created by people and a god who is all powerful and all benevolent does not exist.

i'm wrong at least once a day. murderers? "wrong" rapists? "wrong" pedophiles? "wrong" theives? "wrong" so, it seems God (creator) may take the award of most "wrong" doing, no? maybe it is time we redefine our thought of right, wrong, good, evil, God, and especially, Us vs Them.
