Him being fly or not shouldn't have anything to do with how you should approach him.
I suggest you wait for your opportunity to say something sassy and flirty to him. You know him best and probably what he's in to. And chances are, he probably wants to be approached in a normal manner.
Stick to your guns and go get that the "fly" white boy, girl!!
