go to start programs acessories system tools disk cleanup! check all and click ok! then next go to start programs acessories system tools then defragmenter! then click defrag! let it run it's process! then after that! go to start run type msconfig press ok go to startup and uncheck the stuuf that you do not want to run when computer starts up! if still sow feel free to email!
