She's watched my kids for over 3 years and we'll miss her so much. I want to get her something special to remind her of them. Looking for the $20-$30 price range.
No pictures, she has a lot of pics already.

Thank you everyone, you all had nice ideas. I decided on a necklace with an adorable charm, a bouquet of flowers and a nice vase. I also had my oldest make her a card (my youngest is too little) and I slipped a letter that I wrote (all teary eyed) in with the card.
I'll let you vote on the best answer, because they were all too good for me to choose just one! Thanks again!

A day at a spa would be nice but on the expensive side. Maybe a nice massage or time in a hot tub. A make over or a professional manicure. Or you could give her a gift card to the spa and she can pick which one she wants.

I remember when I went to daycare, my mom and dad worked there part time while they went to college. On one of the most appreciated teachers last day, some parents bought him a plain apron (because he liked to cook apparently), and got all of the kids in his class to put both of their hand prints on it with different colors of paints. Then they wrote a happy message on the front. He really liked it!
For one of my elementary teachers my mom bought her a giftcard to target and she was over joyed when she received it.
I would also consider personalizing something for her, like an ornament with your childrens names on it.
Oh! And another thing I did in elementary school for my parents was this.. we took our school pictures and pasted them on a piece of cardboard so that it gave about half an inch of a border. Then we took strips of clay (we had the choice of dark green, red, and white because it was christmas time) and braided them or just wrapped them around eachother, which ever, and glued them to the card board so that no cardboard was showing and all you could see was the picture and the clay border.
I think anything that is home made and shows thought will be a winner. Hope this helps!

How about making her a gift basket with some items that your children could make like a picture frame or a sun catcher and some store bought items like perfume or a gift card.

I would get her a gift card to a bath & body type shop. She can go get lots of items specific to her favorite scents and such. Daycare is hard work. A bath and some candles would probably hit the spot. Don't forget the card thanking her for her years of keeping your kids happy and healthy.

Many people think it's crass, but I prefer a gift of cash or even a prepaid credit card. That way you can use it on what you actually want to buy instead of tossing out a gift that isn't you at all.

Write her a poem and have the kids illustrate it. Then get her a gift card to a favorite restaurant.

Earrings - pearl ones - or some expensive moisturiser. Child care ladies wash their hands a lot, so the moisturiser is thoughtful. But pearl earrings last forever and look stunning with anything.

You could get her a pair of earrings or something small from Brighton. They have nice things that just about everyone I know just loves.
