Drunken sex?

Where is the line drawn in regard to drunken sex? Say a girl is so drunk she can't move for half an hour. Then she pukes. Then she winds up in bed with some guy. Is he responsible at all for this? Or is she responsible because she got drunk and consented?

Ah, the joys of making out with a girl who has vomit-breath.

If she is able to get into bed with someone under her own steam, I'd say she had some idea of what was going to happen. I doubt I'd touch her myself, but then I'm old-fashioned and I don't find vomit breath appealing.

Not that I'd tell her that- she probably wouldn't believe me anyway. So I'd just smile and leave her wondering.
