Power Point Presentation? Do I have it & how to use it?

My daughter that is in the 4th grade needs to do a Power Point Presentation for school.
How do I find out in my computer has this. And how do you use it? She is doing it on Ohio history if that helps. Also need to know who to e-mail or burn to cd. Thanks so much.

It is probably on your comptuer. Go to start, programs, then it is microsoft powerpoint, it has a little orange symbol by the side...it may be on your desktop.
All computers i have ever used have had it on there...you can always ask another mum to help you out!
i dont understand the email bit...but just find ohio information on the internet or from reasearch from books...

If you do have it, it's not real hard to figure out. It starts out with a "wizard" , if I remember correctly, which helps you through. When done, you just save it and you can e-mail it as an attachment.

I haven't used it in several years, but I pretty much figured it out on my own when I did use it.

What it is, is a little slide show. You can have just words on each "slide" stressing the high points while she is talking, or you can import pictures. Do you have a scanner?

You would know by checking for Microsoft office if you have windows xp go to start all programs then search for Microsoft Office or office on its own and look out for power point. then all you have to do is make the presentation.
