My Ex-husband tried to get me to admit I was having an affair by lying to me & saying he had gotten HIV back in college. He wanted to see if I picked up the phone to call anyone. After having a daughter with him, all I could think was... oh my gosh, whho am I with? I had a nervous breakdown, and that didn't end untill he told me he was lying!
I forgave him, but as you notice... the word Ex-husband!!!!

Oh, BTW, I was NOT sleeping with anyone else, so it was horrifying to hear not only the BS HIV lie, but it was horrible to find out that was what he thought!

My husband cheated on me with my son's wife. and mother of my eldest granddaughter. This happened 17 years ago (we are no longer together for different reasons) and he still swears he didn't do it, but the girl asked me to forgive her, so I 'm almost sure something must have happened between them. Anyway, you may say I've forgiven them, but I can't forget. It hurt twice because she cheated on my son and on me (I think it hurt me more because of my son). My husband?...I really don't care anymore, he was the real looser.

I would never forgive someone for lying like that but I had a guy beat me and then i forgave him which was a big mistake I cant even think of him with out getting sick to me stomach

It was the early 70s. We were in college and I had this white girlfriend whose father was a hard core racist. One day he called and said he was drunk, had his gun and was going to come over and kill the coon. I should have seen the writing on the wall. After that, it became this secret that we were together. When she would see someone she knew I would be told to walk away from her, she would duck down in the car whenever she saw someone she knew. The straw that broke the camels back was one day we were 'GETTIN BUSY', and a knock came to the door and it was her mom. I was told to hide in the closet and I was completely naked. Her mom stayed for about 2 hours. I finally had enough and just walked out of the closet put on my clothes and told the mother she will not have to worry about me anymore.

That really sucks! You did the right thing making him an ex! He's lucky that you even forgave him. That was a horrible thing for him to do to you. I pity the next woman who gets stuck with him.

A boyfriend cheated and lied over and over and I always forgave him and let him do it again. I finally cheated on him and bingo - that gave me the sense of freedom I was lacking and I just up and left the boyfriend who was so unfaithful! I 'fixed' unfaithful by 'being' unfaithful. I knew it was really over then because I had always been true to him.

my x gave me two women for my birthday, needless to say i was very upset and shocked its most mens dream to have two on one but its not my dream, i have a hard time handling just one lol but i forgave her

My bf told me once out of anger that he didnt care that I loved him. We worked it out, still together. I used him as a punching bag that day, got all my rage out.

got drunk went home and found out i want at my house and he found me at my xs house and thought i was cheating on him
he forgave me me and my ex never did anything
