If u don't sweat u r not fully healthy! The skin is one of your main toxin-excreting organs. Ever heard about the word "detox"? It's a way of getting rid of "toxins" (other word for poison or harmful substances). Perspiring or sweating is one way of detoxifying your body through your skin.
You probably can still lose weight exercising or walking around, but if you're not sweating, I'd say you have a bigger problem to deal with. What you can't see (toxins in your body) may actually make you unhealthy.

Non Sweating is from lack of fluids in your system [body ]. Yes the more you walk and exercise the more weight you will lose but you also have to drink a lot of water......that is necessary.

You loose weight but sweat has nothing to do with it. When you're being active you always burn fat and calories. Sweating is cooling the body off and if you're doing enough phisical activity to swet but you don't then you're probably dehidrated.
If u still don't sweat after being hidrated then go see a Doc ASAP!

I never really sweat. Sweating is just a way of giving out body heat so that you can cool down-it does not mean that you are not doing hard enough exercise, it usually means that you are fitter!!!
If you do sweat then you have to drink more to replace the bodys fluid it has lost...hope that helps a bit!!!

Yeah, you may sweat and not know it. But if it's cold enough on the outside your body won't need to sweat to cool down, at least in theory. Chances are if you're not heavy sweating you're still sweating.

If you don't sweat, then you will explode.
You burn calories even while you sleep, so obviously you can burn calories without perspiring. Whether you lose weight or not is a simple formula of calories consumed less calories burned. If the result of that equation is negative, then you are losing weight. Clearly, exercising burns more calories than not.

if you're exercising really hard and you still don't get sweaty it's possible that you may need a perscription, not sweating can be dangerous causing your body to overheat. i'd say go to a doctor, after that loosing weight would probably be easier

Weight is not lost through sweat it's lost by the heat you make when you're working out. If you don't sweat you pass out.

If you do not sweat you should go see a doctor. Not sweating is a symptom of some very grave diseases.
