i love a boy and i want to tell him how i feel but i dont know what to say or when to say it and i am worried about what he might think or do. i dont talk much with him, i should start being friends with him, we dont know each other much but i feel about him.
how should i tell him i love him??. should i be a beter friend with him before i do??.

BEWARE YOUR IMPULSIVENESS!!!!!! There is nothing that kills a relation ship faster then saying "I Love You" too soon. Get to know him until you are at that stage where it's more then a friendship, but less then love. Then just wait until you can feel in your heart that the time is right. If you follow my directions you can't fail.
Oh, and by the way, whatever you do: MAKE SURE TO TELL HIM IN PERSON!!!!!! This is the second most important thing in all relationships (the first being I Love You too soon)!!! If you tell him over the phone, by E-Mail, text message, or IM it will be easier, but it will be way more akward then if you did it in person.
Keep a cool head, a clear head, and keep your wits about you.

Pationce is the key to a mans heart so have pationce & be smart wait for the proper moment & tell him & never do it by the phone or the net try it in a nice & quiet restorant after a good meal & some chat but what do you thinkabout hime does he loves you you can know that if he is always nice with you never treat you bad never get too mad at ya when you talk he listen even if it is not that important if thoes signs are gathered then tell him what' in your heart & remember a broken heart is somthing no drug can heal.

first of all do you know what love is? you can like someone for what they are but you do not even really talk to him much. So how much could you be in love with him? there is love at first sight but i do not think that this is the case here. I would start to talk to him and find out more about him and then judge the feelings after knowing him more. If you tell him now without knowing him he will be scared off and he may think that you are some kind of weirdo. Friends first hun.

Everyone in the world needs friends, if anyone tells you different, needs to be slapped. Start talking to him and hold off the love a little bit longer.

Tell him when you're sure he loves you back.
Don't put yourself through the humiliation of telling someone who doesn't even know you that you love him.
Love isn't for the asking. People think "If he knows, he'll love me back." but it simply isn't true. In fact, it tends to drive them away.
BTW, if you don't know him, you don't love him; the feeling you have is called "infatuation."
