Hmm, yes I see... You are nearly underweight.... You can try eating lot's of peanut butter, and chocolates? Sweets help you gain weight in all the right areas

I've been trying to gain weight myself, and I know what you mean about getting fat. I don't want a fat belly, I want more body mass... I thought peanut butter was good for that. I also tried eating lot's of meat, and anything with protein. I'd have tuna sandwiches almost daily. They said carbs were good too. I'd also eat lot's of pasta and bread.

For a long time that didn't work for me. I think the problem was that I was going to the gym a lot. Now that I can't go for free my friends have been telling me I've been gaining weight! Try not doing anything. That seems to work best... I'm happy that I am finally gaining weight, although my chest feels like breasts now :(

Are u male or female/ to the last post-white girls don't necessarily have pancake butts, my Lady is a nice thicky thicky thick girl...white girl w/ a fine body! regarding your question, how old are u? i was 125 pound until I hit the age of 22 and then I gained 75 pounds in a year, and I, at 38, have settled into 180 or so...I'm 5'9" so maybe your situation is just how u metabolize food.
if u r worried about your stomach, EAT WHOLE FOODS, don't eat the typical american proccessed food bullsh*t and I would totally recommend Pilates. And don't be trippin on your body style. And sure a hell don't be influenced by "an American stick insect" (bridget jones's diary) And drink plenty of water!!!!

You should try to gain a little bit of weight. I am 5'7 and 135 lbs and apparently that is about average for my height, I could probably gain more and people wouldnt notice it. If you want to gain more weight but keep it healthy, I suggest you talk to a nutritionist and personal trainer. They may have some advice to help you out.

My daughter had this problem for a while. She started walking and eating lots of chicken, turkey and some fish. She was 5'4" and 105. In a couple of moths she went up to 111 and now she wishes she was thinner. She is 48 now - still 5'4" but 157.

You are fine, just eat normally and stay healthy. Why push into something your body is not ready for...

If you wan't to attain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to simply over devour with junk meals. This will obviously makeyou fatter, and bad. But for those who wan't to attain muscle you'll need to drink a few top protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I consider could be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, whilst the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to aid placed of the burden. You would possibly wan't to determine out a few low-cost CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of common herb drugs to aid aid the muscle mass. I are not able to consider of any names of those forms, however I do realize they exist, I've heard of men and women taking them, and had well outcome while taken more often than not.

You have a healthy bmi-you neither need to lsoe weight or gain it...your question was very confuaing, do you WANT to gain weight? If so then why are you worried about getting fat. If you want to gain weight then you will think of yourself as fat as you gain it, but this should soon stop...if you want to lose weight of your stomach then do sit ups to TONE it. They dont really make you lose weight...
