prom is coming in like a month. i need to lose weight quick. any ideas?

yes i know how you can do it ,JOGGING.its not as bad as it sounds,before i ever tried it i was thinking there is no way i can jog,i didnt last 30 seconds but i started walking fast for 1 minute then another minute i tried jogging then back and forth.im getting better every time.i also avoid junkfood and fast food and starrted drinking so much water.one other thing i bouth a tea its called california dieters tea it gives you bowel movements to get rid of toxic in your body so before you start drink that.when you feel the urge of a not healthy craving drink up water ,it will calm it down than in no time it will go away.so far i lost like 4 pounds a week and thats because i havent been much strict ,i kinda slipped but the first time that i was strict i did lose some 6 pounds and it was fat because my clothes started fitting lose.i bet if you drink like 2 liters of water you will sure lose weight.dont eat fried foods its not at all healthy and those artificial drinks are far worst its better if you make your own juice and stick to water its the only healthiest thing you would ever put in your body.dont give up and in one month you will look breath taking,remember taking your prom picture looking fat its not a good thought you will look at it everyday wishing you would of atleast tried and lose weight.well good luck and i guarantee you will lose weight so much you wont keep track of it anymore.

The quick reply is burn extra energy than you are drinking. How a long way away is promenade? Cut out quick meals and top glycemic index meals and stroll for an hour an afternoon. I just like the elliptical machines (you probably have a fitness center club). Just you prefer a risk-free approach, principally if you are going to aim to do that over a brief interval of time...you can also have got to simply receive that you simply wouldn't have sufficient time to lose four sizes. Or simply study to be pleased at your present weight.

Run! Every day run about 2-3 miles or about 45 minutes. Take your calories down to around 1100-1300 calories a day. Keep the television off...you will actually do more to burn calories. Keep active! Do 20 lunges before going to bed...and 30 situps when you wake up. Instead of eating lunch grab a protien bar and a liter of water...take a walk while you eat. Stand more often than sitting. Get outside more often--your body wants to burn more calories if you are warmer...so soak up the sun. :) You will lose around 10-15 lbs doing this. Keep motivating pictures around. :) Have fun a prom!

Make sure your breakfast is a balanced one and includes at least eight grams of fiber
