Get a trim every three weeks
Condition your hair twice a week, or more if needed
Keep your natural color, that's what it was given to you for, to show your natural beauty.
If your hair is coarse[dyed or permed] get a deep conditioning serum. I'd suggest V05 hot treatment.
There are natural products you can use too, such as mayonnaise or lemon juice.
If your hair is fine Use small amounts of conditioner and wash it more often.
If your hair is oily, Cut back on conditioner and use oil free products. Just read the back.
Avoid products with ammonia, or acids.
Weather also damages your hair, just like your skin so take the same precautions. Cover your hair with a hat, for the sun and wind.
Good luck.

The best way to have and maintain healthy hair is from the inside out! Lots of people depend on topical products to help their hair, but if you have bad hair, those products don't do much to help. 1. Go to a Health food store and get a Hair/Skin/Nails supplement and also Flax Oil. It does WONDERS for your hair and SKIN!!! Your hair will REALLY thicken and grow faster. 2. Don't let that beautician "trim" your ends soooo much. They say you need it, but the hair that grows between visits is never noticed cuz you're always getting it cut. I stay away from curling irons and blow dryers as much as I can and that helps minimize the split ends. 3. Cut is a matter of opinion. Color goes like this...if you are darker complexion, stay away from the really LIGHT colors in the blonde family... but you can do a nice red or chestnut brown. The light re you are, the better blonde or lighter/brighter shades looks on you...but the dark shades kind of wash you out.

Use Garniar Fructice or Herbal Essences.
If you have tan skin use darker colors. Brown Black ETC
If you have light colored skin use warm colors like blonde and redish strawberry blonde.
Also when you style your hair Aussie makes it bouncier and fluffier.
I have tannish skin but I have pretty blonde hair that matches good together.
Also don't brush your hair too much. That will cause greasyness
Plus don't go near curling irons! They cause split ends! And blow dryers not so much
Make sure you get all the conditionaire out of your hair too

Make a "tea" out of dried rosemary and hot water and use that as a final rinse on your hair. Just be sure to strain out all the rosemary before pouring it on. I used to do it all the time and it made my hair shiny and smooth and it smells good too, it also makes it grow faster!

shampoo your hair EVERY OTHER DAY. not everyday. it will dry your hair out and it can't produce the healthy oils it needs. always condition.
take vitamin E. it's great for skin, nails and hair.
if you get your hair trimmed (1/2" to 1") at least once a month getting rid of the dead ends will help it grow faster.

Honeatly, wash your hair in baking soda. It makes your hair so soft and shiny. The day I tried it, I got so many compliments on how soft and shiny my hair was.
