Currently, we do not knoiw how many sisters Cain had. We just know his earthlyfather Adam had 'other' sons and daughters (Gen. 5:4).

We don't know, at least many, could have been hundreds. Here is what we know for sure:

The Bible doesn't say, but we can assume that Adam and Eve had several children, male and female, seeing as how they lived for hundreds of years.

No way to know. We know that he had more than one as the Bible tells us that Adam proceeded to have sons and DAUGHTERS.
