Currently, we do not knoiw how many sisters Cain had. We just know his earthlyfather Adam had 'other' sons and daughters (Gen. 5:4).

We don't know, at least many, could have been hundreds. Here is what we know for sure:

The Bible doesn't say, but we can assume that Adam and Eve had several children, male and female, seeing as how they lived for hundreds of years.
