I really want to get those lower back 'dimples'! Other then cardio how can I build these guys up?

Bent Over Rows-

Step 1
Stand with legs shoulder-width apart and back straight.

Step 2
Slightly bend at the knees and waist so that you are leaning forward approximately 45 degrees with arms extended toward the floor.

Step 3
Exhale while pulling your arms back and hands up toward your stomach, keeping elbows close to your body; inhale as you return your arms to the starting position.

Step 4
Add dumbbells when you are comfortable with the motion. (Not sure what weight to use? Read our guide to choosing the right weight for you.)
