There is no way to know what they will turn out like You have a bunch of stuff there.. The puppies could all be different from one another even.. Get the dog spayed and then you won't have to worry about all the genetic problems that are likely to pop up.
There is always a risk when a female has a litter of puppies.

Ask your vet to terminate the litter this can be done quite easily at an early stage Your J R is only a small dog and this could be a disaster for her

, I would be more concerned about the size of the pups, you say you have a mini jack russell, laky would be ok, but not sure about bull terrier, might have to be sectioned, very expensive, for what would be a mongrel, not meaning there is anything wrong with that, I have laky/border, plus one in picture, but they are roughly the same size, think of the russell dude, all the best with it, tough decision, regards,

If your dog is at a higher risk than most dogs when they are pregnant, it would be worth terminating the pregnancy, although it makes me sad.
