Your best bet is to call a studio in your area. Some places allow you to get piercings on your own at 16, others will allow it with parental consent, still others you need to be 18. The laws and regulations are different everywhere, so it's best to get your answer from a local, knowledgeable source

Its 16 in ontario or 12-14(?) with a parent. Call your local piercing shop, tell them you want to know the age requirement on their eyebrow piercing. I have one in an undisclosed area that i got when i was 16 so i think you should be able to get your (innocent comparision) eyebrow done.

Depends on state laws. Some places will allow you to be pierced as young as 15-16 if you have parental consent.
Most places you need to be 18 to get it done on your own, legally.
Its best to call the shop you plan to get the piercing at and talk with them. They'll be able to tell you how old you have to be and even let you know how much it will cost.

with parental permission A 16 or 17-year-old can get a navel, nostril, eyebrow, earlobe or outer ear cartilage piercing.
when you turn 18 you can get a tattoo or piercing when ever you want to

I think it was 18, but they may have moved it to 16. Maybr just call the place you are thinking about. I know someone who did it and they said it HURTS really bad! It probably also depends how shady the place is. If they just want money, they will probably do it, as long as clients look a certain age.

depends on where you live. in most of the u.s. its 18, except in states like Iowa where it's legal to get any piercing at 16 by yourself.

18, you can be 16 but you have to have a parent or guardian go sign for you. Some places wont even do it then they require you to be 18.
