ive been with my b/f for 3 years and we have had many obsticals to over come...i recently caught him making out with another girl and broke up with him to never go back, but i saw how sorry he was and all that and we are back togther and doing better then ever! its strange im almost happy it happend, we are closer and the passion is 20times better then before we cant keep our hands off eachother...how long will this last? is he acting like this becuase he reilized how much he loves me?

honetsly it sounds like to me that he IS really sorry, and believe me ONCE A CHEATER, ALWAYS A CHEATER is NOT TRUE. i used to be a cheater. then i met my bf and have never cheated on him once. we've been together 4 years this april! just make sure he used protection with that other girl and possibly get tested? take care

Maybe he thought he had you under his spell and could get away with anything and you would still be there but once you stood up to him and he realized you were not willing to be a doormat, he decided to get his act together. Just be careful, don't be lulled into false contentment. Some feel that once a cheater...you know the rest, I don't think that is necessarily true. If a person really wants to be faithful and knows the consequences if they are not, I feel that they can be true. Just keep your eyes open. Forgive but don't forget. Good Luck!!

I'd say the chances of it lasting are slim and none, it is up to you to take this highest of risk gamble with your heart. If you can't stand being disappointed again then dump him now and good riddance because it is most likely temporary in nature. On the 1 or so percent chance, I say if your tolerance is with it then enjoy it while it lasts and take it from there but do be ready for disappointment and either way therein lies the answer.

next time he will be more careful not to get caught

BELIEVE ME.. Not all men are dogs, I know somw where there are a few we dream to have but once with his cheating is enough for me

no one here in yahoo answers is an oracle.so you will never know how long this one will last,but logically it will last till you caught him making out with someone else again.
for the second question,what difference does it make? if you are happy, than why do you care?just be happy. even if he realized that he loves you so much,his love wont last forever,so enjoy things while they are alright.

until he see another girl. think about it, guy do not change over night. So watch him carefully. Take control of his bank account, phone bill (dont' pay, just see if he make any phone call after 9pm and how long the call last). Take control of the relationship.

No he is acting this way because you are easy. If he cheated on you once, he will cheat on you again. He has already shown that he doesn't respect you or your relationship with him. Only a fool would think he has changed.

dump him, if he did it once hell probably do it agian. he just doesnt want to lose another piece of @$$, sorry but its true, being a loyal guy, but still a guy gives me insight. always remember there's plenty of fish in the sea.
