It sounds like you have carpal tunnel. I have been an accountant for 30 years & I just had a stroke I am only 47. Anyway, they sent me for a bone desity test & the only place that showed was my right hand. I have ostro penea from computer work. You should consult your doctor and get a medical opinon.

maybe you're spending too much time at the computer. this could result in carpal tunnel syndrome, if you;re not too careful. you should probably start doing some finger exercises and cutting down your computer time.

try getting an ergonomic (not sure if spelled right) keyboard. I get it in my left hand and arm. There is a nerve in your elbow that when it gets pressure on it for to long it flares up and bothers you. I switched keyboards and don't have that problem much any more.

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome, pressure on your wrists, or dysfunctional hand position. This would come under "occupational hand disorder."
