In my opinion, it might be a psychological thing going on. Like, you get these stomach cramps and they hurt like hell at that moment. But as soon as you are going to go see a doctor, your mind might be telling you that you could fix it yourself, ya know? Either that, or you could have some kind of virus that comes and goes. Watch what you eat/drink, and get enough sleep everyday! Hope I helped some!

you may have an ulcer (yes they can occur young) or it was just a case of acid indigestion
