You've already been given the volume of the container, so the shape doesn't really matter. What you need is a conversion factor to get from cubic inches to gallons.

1 gallon = 231 in³

8085 in³ x 1 gallon / 231 in³ = 35 gallons.

assuming it's full, shapes shouldn't matter. Answer is 35 gals.
