First of all, you do not have to have intercourse to have an STD. Some, like hpv can be passed from mother to child. You can also get them from mutual masturbation, oral sex, rubbing genitals together, etc.
That said, it could be that you could be irritating your penis due to lack of adequate lubrication (urine is acidic and can bother irritated areas) , you could be sensitive to the lubrication you are using, you could also have a UTI caused by inadequate hand washing, there could be cross contamination from your anus if you are stimulating that area as well. It could also be a sign of chlamydia or gonorrhea. If this continues or gets worse, and especially if you develop a discharge or urination becomes painful all the time, it would be best if you made an appt with your G.P.

Could be a number of things.
Do you use anything when you maturbate that could be getting into the urethra and causing pain?
Is this pain ONLY after masturbation or could it be a urinary tract infection?
A sexually transmitted disease is possible. Go to a doctor and get tested. If you have an STD knowing now is very important for you and future partners.

Go to your doctor! You might have either a urinary infection, or it could be something serious. Professionals however, are the only ones who can tell ya what's going on! Hope this helped some!

Wow, sounds like you have a problem......well if you're serious, have you had sex lately......with someone else? If so you could have an STD. You should probably go to the doctor.

You may have a bladder infection ...more commonly called a UTI or urinary tract infection. Masturbation wihtout washing your hands first is a bad idea ...you may be transferring germs from your hands into your urethra.
