First of all, while there may be "lists" per se about peoples' participation in political or religious organizations, I doubt very much that this paranoid delusion of which you speak exists.
However, your web presence, such as your opinions offered to places like this, or if you write for political blogs do mark you, and are infinitely available to anyone with a computer, and knowledge of your name, handle, email address, and so on. With Google and other incredibly powerful search engines, what you post today at huffingtonpost.com or OpEdNews.com could be seen tomorrow by anyone who knows your alias, email address, etc Moreover, if you have a MySpace presence, anything you put there can be referenced. It's very easy to enter your name, or the email address you provide on an application into a search engine to find out all your hidden thoughts, actions, etc.
So while there is surely no such list as you propose, there is something even more powerful: internet search engines. It is known that many in HR will Google your name and email address just to see what comes up. Anything outside their narrow band of what they deem acceptable in a new hire is sure to put your resume into the circular file.
Therefore, if you are worried about your affiliations, thoughts, ideas, or sympathies becoming part of the public domain, you are going to have to stop surfing the net, or making your presence known on it. Nothing sort of that will keep you off the radar of human resource people with access to the internet, and an ax to drop on your neck.
Barring that, perhaps you should change your method of looking for a job...or in the next election, don't vote for money grubbers who sell you the "story" you want to hear while hiding THEIR true Big Brother-esq agendas under the guise of "christianity". If you have been lied to about the real agenda of those you support, I submit that the fact you failed to research beyond their clap-trap and flim-flam is the reason why you, and so many others can't get jobs. I hope your religiosity and morality taste good.
Blessed be!

There's no such list. Someone's feeding you some serious baloney. I'm sure it's quite a popular conspiracy theory among the black helicopter/Alex Jones crowd, but rational and normal people are well aware that such a list would be unable to exist without its contents being blabbed to the media and general public.
If you haven't had a decent job in four years, perhaps you need to seek assistance. Every state has employment assistance centers where you can go to receive job listings, help with interview skills and resume writing and other such help in finding and landing the right job for you. State employment assistance is at no cost to you, so find the nearest employment agency in your state and make use of it! Your tax dollars are paying for it, so you might as well get some benefit from it.
Good luck.

Jeez.... need a job? Or just blaming it on the man? Those who are successful realize that it really does not matter who is in power. So basically if one spends less time on the computer one helps their situation.
