At one point I had to choose whether I believed that God was evil, or if He just didn't exist. I chose the latter.

Imagine the amount of anger it would take to create a being that has thought and emotion and feeling, out of nothing in order that it be burned in fire and agony for eternity.
It takes an insane amount of hatred to do such a thing. But if God knows all things and is the creator, that is exactly what is happening everyday.
Free will is no excuse. If I breed frogs, and decide that only a small percentage of them will be left alone, where as the rest will be tortured to death, I would be locked up as a sadist.

Simply having knowledge of man's eventual fall, does not negate man's own free will. God's knowledge is similar to the knowledge a mother has of her child. A mother places an ice cream sundae in front of her child, and tells him not to eat it. Knowing the child's tendency, the mother knows that as soon she leaves his sight, he will begin to eat the sundae. Regardless of her knowledge, ultimately, she did not force the child to eat the sundae. Similarly it is the same with our actions, while God may know them, his knowledge does not force us to make the actions - they are still founded on free will.
Look to your parents. It is evident that each human sins. But then why, would your parents freely choose to have you, knowing that you too would eventually sin? Your potential for evil does not negate your self worth.
God does not condemn people to Hell simply for exercising their free will, this would imply that free will destines us to Hell. But rather it is in the context of how we use our free will which determines our salvation. Secondly, the existence of Hell does not require that people actually be in Hell. But rather, the possibility of absolute betrayal of God, maintains human beings' radical free will. If Heaven only existed, man would be forced to choose God.

Every person on earth is given sufficient grace to come to heaven, if they don't use the gift of God it's their problem.
Those in hell know that they are there and they know it is just for them to be there, and they know that they themselves chose to be there. God never wanted them to go there but He didn't force them into heaven either. Why? because He is love and love never forces anyone.

No only men are sadistic maniac's, the evil and wicked deserve to burn in hell for all eternity.
In life we have choices, when we make good choices there are rewards and when we make bad choice there are consequences, that is just how it is in this life and the next.

The only one who truly tried to help mankind was the serpent in the Garden of Eden when he encouraged Eve to gain knowledge. Why did God want to keep her stupid?
