Disgruntled,

Just stick to the question, huh? We don't need hatred spread around, there's already enough of that going around on these message boards.

"If you ever decide to seek God the right way, through prayer and submission to the Word of God, you will begin to understand." Um, AVON, I have done this and don't care if God is any color at all. It just seems to be a big discussion on here as well as around the United States. Just thought I would see what people had to say. Thanks for the information though.

I would and will follow the Lord always. Even if he was green with blue dots.

John 4:24 "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship in him spirit and in truth.

Spirit is colourless, tangeable but not material 1 Corinthians 15:44-50 " It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from Heaven.

As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they that are heavenly'

And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Now this I say, bretheren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kimgdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption".

We are body, soul, and spirit. The only one we can see physically is the body, yet the other two exist in more of a reality than what we see. If you ever decide to seek God the right way, through prayer and submission to the Word of God, you will begin to understand.

Race is an artificial construct anyway, and racial purity is a myth. Skin color means nothing, the only true race is the human race. The color of God's skin wouldn't make any difference as to whether I worshipped him.

As God is a spirit, I do not imagine him with flesh at all, but if he chose to represent himself in any way, shape or form, he would still be God and worthy of worship.

God is not a human being. God is a paradoxical spiritual being that binds all of life. Therefore, God takes no form, and all form, simultaneously.
