never acknowledge their advances....always take their little hints as jokes...if you don't take them seriously...eventually they'll get the picture. another way is to tell them that you enjoy being friends so much that you would never think of messing that up. You could also tell them that and say that they are just too nice and you'd mess them up with your crazy ways :)

Are you dating them or just know them? A little more information is needed for an accurate answer to this question. If you're dating them tell them it's not working out - does not matter if they have a crush or not if you want them gone. If you're not dating them why do you need to get rid of them?

Why would you get rid of them? Be nice to them, unless their a stalker. Be nice. How would you feel if the man you really liked flat out told you, I dont like you, stop liking me?
