Well, when you think about it, people have to take a test to drive a car, yet they can leave hospital with a baby and possibly no clue as to how to properly care for the child.
But, that is life in this world. Priorities are obviously mixed up. We put our money in banks with vaults, guards, well paid people to manage it, and all sorts of security measures to protect it. We will send our children to schools where the admin may have conducted background checks, minimal security, and an extremely underpaid staff to give them the knowledge to become productive adults.

I am a pro-choicer to an extent. I believe that a woman has the right to choose if she wants to keep it or destroy a child, that being said if a woman get an abortion more than three times that is a little much. That mean that she is using it as a form of birth control which is not right. I think that sterilization is a little extreme.

I think what this all stems from is a lack of personal responsibility. There has always been a certain level of it, but it seems to have exploded over the past century. Or perhaps less of the "dirty laundry" was being aired back then and now we talk openly about it.
I really dont know of an aswer to that one. Perhaps parents should start taking more of an interest in their childrens lives and actually parenting rather than leaving it up to the teachers at school, the tv, movies, video games, or worse yet, the child himself.

Abortion-I'm totally pro-choice. I see it as evil to give birth when the parent knows it will have a serious birth defect. Or forcing a rape victim to have the child. How mean is it to give birth to a child and raise it in an environment that's unhealthy? Etc. In others, an abortion would be totally unnecessary. I would think the quiz would be based on the person's ability to raise a child-in which case, they shouldn't be allowed to have children at all-not by natural childbirth or adoption.

I believe having sex is a personal choice and many couples go years without having sex. If someone wants to take the risk then they should wait out the pregnancy and put him or her up for adoption. Now if they were incest or got raped then I think they should first go to the hospital because at times they can prevent the girl from getting pregnant and If that fails, The one who commited incest should get an abortion and the one who was raped should give birth and put it up for adoption unless it has some HIV like aids that will kill it in the long run.

Illicit sex: Immoral sexual relationships increase when contraception and abortion are available. People feel that with control over pregnancy, they need not consider commitment or the criticism of society. And because birth control promotes a mentality of separating sexual pleasure from procreation, people begin to feel that relationships based only on physical pleasure are not only morally acceptable, but natural.
In this age, the institution of marriage will degenerate. Indeed, already a marriage certificate is sometimes cynically rejected as "a mere piece of paper." Forgetting the spiritual purpose of marriage and misunderstanding sex to be the goal of family life, lusty men and women directly engage in sexual affairs without the troublesome formalities and responsibilities of a legal relationship. Such foolish people argue that "sex is natural." But if sex is natural, pregnancy and childbirth are equally natural. And for the child it is certainly natural to be raised by a loving father and mother and in fact to have the same father and mother throughout his life. Psychological studies confirm that a child needs to be cared for by both his father and his mother, and thus it is obviously natural for sex to be accompanied by a permanent marriage arrangement. Hypocritical people justify unrestricted sex by saying "it is natural" but to avoid the natural consequence of sex-pregnancy—they use contraceptives, which certainly do not grow on trees. Indeed, contraceptives are not at all natural. Thus hypocrisy and foolishness abound in the age of Kali.

abortion is neither right nor wrong! It may be a result of low morality of the mother, or difficult living condition, or the mother's mind cannot accept to bear a child of a raper or abuser. However, the result of abortion is the death of the child, which makes abortion immoral! Therefore, I think we may allow abortion but we also apply penalties for the ones who use abortion as birth-control.

There is no right or wrong. I let people do what they want as long as nobody is hurt. And that's how I define abortion
No, they should not have to take a quiz.
Sorry for being too arrogant to read the question. The part about taking a quiz was so ridiculous, that I chose to ignore it.

I think your idea is before its time. Eventually, as we keep contaminating the environment and melting the ice caps with global warming from fossil fuels and other polutants, the area of earth that is inhabitable will be much smaller. At that time, humans will have to take drastic measures to control population. One such control will be licenseing pregnancies according to certain criteria, such as income, education and mental health.
