Where is the best place I can go to get my hair micro - braided in the NYC area?

I'm new to the area and am willing to travel to any of the boroughs or North Jersey for quality micros. I heard around that there are some good places in Harlem but I'm not sure where. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for better quality.
