Take the cat to the vet. It sounds like cancer... :(

Tumors on cats tend to be more serious than tumors on dogs because they have a higher likelihood that they are cancerous. Getting the lumps checked out as soon as you can is your best bet. It's possible that they could be something as simple as cysts which get filled with fluid and may need to drained once in a while, or removed if they become uncomfortable or infected. If the lumps appeared overnight it could be related to an abscess or foreign body (like a foxtail or burr that went into the skin). If that's the case the cat will llikely need antibiotics to treat the infection.

How long has the cat had these lumps? if it happened over night then my responce is..take him to the vet asap...if they have been there for a while and getting larger then my responce is...take him to the vet and WHY in the world would you let them get huge and not take him to the vet? ANY lump on an animal should be checked out asap

Lumps could be anything...especially depending on the age of the cat. Most times they are fatty deposits and nothing to worry about, but it's always best to have your vet check them out to make sure they aren't tumors.

It could be a cyst, which is like an ingrown hair. A vet will likely be able to tell you, and if it is a cyst they should be able to fix it in one visit I would think, they just cut it and drain it.

It might be a pain in the *** to take the cat to the vet, but grin and bear it. If you do nothing and it is just an infection, it could spread to the blood and kill your cat, so get to it.

Geez, how about making an appointment with your vet so that he can actually see the lumps and figure out what they are?
